  We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as?Car Leader, based in?Apodaca, Nuevo León. (E-Systems Division).? 
  
  As a Car Leader you will be responsible of the Plant’s manufacturing, engineering, product and new programs topics. Organizing pilot trails and getting the necessary resources to satisfy the different program’s needs. 
  
  Your Task will be 
  •  Coordinate new Stellantis releases.
  • It represents the company with clients and suppliers, it is the voice and face with the client from a technical point of view.
  • Review schedules of meetings with the client.
  • Follow up on launching programs.
  • Review and preparation of launch events.
  • Knowledge of client portals such as stellantis.
  • Develops, controls, and supplies finished product plan, bills of materials, cut sheets, visual aids for secondary processes, etc.
  • Lead engineering changes and design reviews.
  • Ensure up-to-date and accurate bills of materials (BOMs) in accordance with engineering changes and manufacturing adjustments.
  • Use of knowledge and experience to propose design improvements and cost savings during manufacturing.
  • Request and analyze manufacturing specifications.
  • Stellantis supplier management.
  
   
  To be successful in this role you will need:  
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, Electronic, Mechatronic Engineering or any related field 
  • 3-5 years of experience or more in Launching coordinator, Program Manager with Stellantis.
  • English proficient 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs, SMT, Microsoft Project
